Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Foro, operated by Saga Labs in Hong Kong. By using Foro, you agree to these terms.

The service

Foro is an AI deliberation platform that routes your questions to multiple AI models and synthesizes their responses. Foro does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of AI-generated content.

Not professional advice

Foro is for informational purposes only. AI-generated responses do not constitute medical, legal, financial, or any other professional advice. Do not rely on Foro for life-critical decisions. Always consult a qualified professional.

Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for all activity under your account. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us. Upon deletion, your conversation history is permanently removed from our active databases. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Free and paid plans

• Free accounts receive 3 lifetime queries.
• Paid plans (Pro, Ultra) are billed monthly via Stripe. Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless canceled through the Stripe customer portal.
• You can cancel anytime; access continues until the end of your billing period.
• Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact us if you have concerns.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use Foro for unlawful purposes or to generate harmful content.
• Attempt to bypass usage limits or abuse the service.
• Reverse-engineer, scrape, or resell the service.

Intellectual property

You retain ownership of the content you submit. AI-generated responses are provided as-is for your use. The Foro name, logo, and platform are the property of Saga Labs.

Indemnification

You agree to hold Saga Labs harmless from any claims, losses, or damages arising from your use of the service, including content you generate or share using Foro.

Limitation of liability

Foro is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Saga Labs is not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service, including reliance on AI-generated content. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.
