Privacy Policy

Foro is operated by Saga Labs, based in Hong Kong. This policy explains what data we collect, why, and how we handle it.

Data we collect

• Account info — Email address and display name via Google sign-in or magic link.
• Conversations — Chat history is stored locally in your browser only. We do not store your messages or AI responses on our servers. Messages are sent to AI models in real time and not retained.
• Usage data — Query counts and device fingerprints used to enforce plan limits and prevent abuse.
• Payment info — Processed by Stripe. We do not store card numbers.

How we use your data

• To provide and improve Foro's services.
• To manage your account and subscription.
• To enforce usage limits and prevent abuse.

AI model training

We do not use your conversations to train AI models. Messages sent to third-party AI providers via OpenRouter are subject to their respective privacy policies. We select providers that do not use API inputs for training where possible.

Third-party services

• Supabase — Authentication and database.
• OpenRouter — AI model inference. Your messages are sent to AI models via OpenRouter.
• Stripe — Payment processing.

Cross-border data transfers

Saga Labs is based in Hong Kong. Your data is stored on servers located in the United States and processed by third parties globally. By using Foro, you consent to this international transfer of data.

Data retention and deletion

Your data is kept as long as your account is active. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us. Upon deletion, your conversation history and personal data are permanently removed from our active databases.

Your rights

Regardless of where you are located, you may request access to, correction of, deletion of, or a portable copy of your personal data at any time by emailing us. We respond to all requests within 30 days.
